Created by Josh Schwartz and Chris Fedak, this action-comedy television series revolves around Charles Chuck Bartowski, an average computer-whiz-next-door whose life is about to change forever. Suddenly, an encoded e-mail from his former Stanford University roommate Bryce Larkin, now a CIA Agent, turns his life topsy-turvy. The message, a copy of the worlds greatest database of secret information, imprints into Chucks brain fanning the flame on the NSA and the CIA. Both agencies want to recover the intelligence and tell off Major John Casey and Agent Sarah Walker to retrieve the data.

As if this werent enough, it turns out that Bryce stole the information and destroyed the governments copy. Since he experiences flashes of information from the database, Chuck must take the service with the agencies and throw his previously uneventful life into the melting pot. Thus and so, a computer expert at The Nerd Herd, the computer and electronics technical support division of Buy More, wakes up caught up in a battle against assassins and international terrorists. In order to keep his family and friends out of harms way, Chuck must keep his alliance with the government secret. Under the circumstances, Major John Casey and Agent Sarah Walker are forced to establish an uneasy alliance and secret identities. While Casey goes undercover as part of the Buy More team, Walker passes herself off as Chucks girlfriend and takes a cover job at a local restaurant near the Buy More.

As the show progresses, it is revealed that Bryce stole the entire database of all the US governments intelligence, also known as the Intersect, to foil the plans of a few spies engaged in a secret war with the government. One thing happens on top of the other when the rogue spies make track for Chuck. In the meantime, the government wants to rebuild the database. When this will be accomplished, the human Intersect will become redundant and the one who is secretly under orders to kill Chuck is no other than Casey. Although they all face numberless professional conflicts and challenges, throughout the series, Chuck, Casey and Sarah grow to respect each other, not to mention that Chuck learns to cope with the dangers and growing responsibilities of his new secret life. Now you have the chance to see how an average computer-whiz gradually becomes a competent, confident and willing spy.
